      Pros

      -Friendly Environment -Great atmosphere -EXTREMELY flexible scheduling: Great job for any college students who may be taking courses on top of trying to work -Work isn't too difficult -Good Pay

      Cons

      -While the work is easy, it is also extremely tedious and monotonous -Communication is generally good but sometimes important information is not communicated clearly enough -While most of the people are great individuals to work with there are a couple of people in management positions who fail to show respect to other employees
