      Pros

      My department was a good place to work, and I had a good boss. Most of the staff was friendly and the facilities were good.

      Cons

      Some of the other departments seemed to have a good ole boy mentality. There did not seem to be alot of opportunity for advancement. Employee flight benefits could have been improved.

      Pros

      They provide medical, dental and vision for part time employees, we are a union shop which keeps our pay decent even though we have been reduced. Its a job.

      Cons

      After the layoffs, still kept much of the same inept supervisors/managers at the company. The company is still spending unnecessary money, which is what got us into trouble in the first place.

      Pros

      A steady paycheck in the current economy. Tight knit group to work with in a decent environment. Flexible with vacation schedules.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for long term employees. Being laid off after almost ten years of service by someone who came in and impersonally broke the news rather than direct management.
