Pros
The experience will vary by department, team, and manager. I liked the people that I worked with and supported, plus the benefits were not bad. However, there are also many people who aren’t trustworthy here. Also there are times when they expect you to work long hours. If you speak up or bring up something you don’t like they will find any excuse to replace you. So I wouldn’t recommend this place for long term or someone who wants to change things. Get your experience, keep your head down and leave when you find something better.
Cons
Close minded old management that like the things the way they are even if it creates more work for the employees. Some VPs should not be working there anymore and need to retire already.
