      Pros

      Good starting pay. Tuition Reimbursement. Fast-paced environment, but you don't have to take your work home with you. Boot vouchers provided for safety boots. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours during holiday seasons. Promotions based on brown-nosing and not ability. Job stability--they keep moving the entire operation! Outdoor working conditions.

      Above-average compensation, and the fact that your job description is so incredibly fluid that you can make it what you want to make it. If you're ambitious, you have a crack at having a major positive impact

      Your job description (and the entire organization) is so incredibly fluid that it allows many to slip under the radar and never do an honest day's work to save their lives.

      Senior Managment really fouled this up

      Pros

      DHL Express has a great benefits package and at my level has a management bonus plan that really is a good incentive. Work / Life is not a problem for me - I do really like my job, and my mangement is supportive of my needs balanced against some travel and other work related needs - basically, I give my all to work and then on other occasions I step away.

      Cons

      The really senior upper managment in FL and in Bonn really did a poor job managing the US expansion and never changed course even when 2 or 3 years of doing the same thing didn' t have the desired results.
