      Pros

      Four 10 hour shifts, 401k, benefits

      Cons

      Nearly impossible to move up in the company. HR department seems to only benefit the management, and does not help regular associates. Pay is very low for the position, and the cost of living raises are based on surrounding companies that have nothing to do with logistics, and the companies that are logistics based are ignored and not brought up. Constantly mandated overtime with very short notice.

      Fair compensation, decent hours, weekly pay, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management lacks knowledge of company, they don't pay their bills, management focuses on finance and worthless spreadsheets more than they do knowing how the operation actually works, HR department is TERRIBLE and doesn't care about their employees or taking care of issues for them

      Pros

      The only positive experience of working at Exel is that you learn how to work with unsupportive management and just a stepping stone.

      Cons

      Constant empty promises to employees supervisors and managers. The general manager was not engaged with employees concerns. Good thing they promoted him over 2 facilities. The turn over is very high for a reason. Treat employees with respect and be honest.
