Pros

co-workers 25% off discount easy job to have

Cons

No real room for growth Hard work goes unnoticed Pay isn't great especially since they don't adjust if minimum wage goes up. Ex: New employees make about the same as employees who been there for a few years.

Pros

Awesome team members, awesome customers, awesome products.

Cons

As an AMS -- DO NOTE TAKE ANYTHING LESS THEN $76,000 annual. -- If you accept less then this you will be making less then the team leads, and working app. 70 hours per week. - Mandatory 50 hour work week for managers, makes it challenging to obtain work/life balance, or participate in the sports we are supposed to love an speak to. - Business casual dress code for managers, makes it difficult speak legitimately about the sports we’re selling, connect with your staff and customers, and drive a great store culture. - Low pay, can't afford my own apartment, or get a second job to compensate because of 50 hour expectation. - Has the same reactionary/panic feel as the 2 previous companies I worked for that went out of business - Overall customer satisfaction has dropped more than 10% in every metric due to lack of payroll hours for associate assistance. All people are looking for connection, be the company that put this back into retail. - Everything focuses on "What is best for the shareholder." I would think you would want to focus on the stakeholder which is every one of us, customers, team members, and community. Who is the shareholder other than someone who only looks to take from the company without giving anything back. - Ok discount, but why are you trying to make money off your employees, maybe consider offering items at cost, especially since they have to wear carried brands to work.

Pros

The only reason I work there because you get Fridays Saturdays and Sundays off.

Cons

The biggest challenges I had wasn't getting what I need as far as trailers I need so I can get my numbers. They expected you to do 1200 or more a night but the trailers I had they didn't equal to that.
