      Pros

      - A close-knit group of co-workers - Had "regulars" at our store because of kids who played multiple sports - A discount, even if it wasn't that great

      Cons

      - Overworked their employees. The way the pay period cuts off, they keep you under 40 hours on paper, but there were weeks I definitely worked more than 40 hours. Tried to talk to them about it since I was still in college and they didn't work with me at all - If you can't work a full two weeks when you give their notice, they tell you that you can never work for them again, which is ridiculous (but I wasn't bummed) - Small discount

      Pros

      The job causes you to meet some nice customers and employees.

      Cons

      The pay is weak. Managers ignore you if you mess up on one time. Alot of the times you won’t be scheduled and you’ll see “others” being scheduled more than you. The amount of cashiers that were scheduled were slim. They pull people from their department and have them to ring. Employees would have a hard time finishing freight because of this.

      Great way to learn how to multi task and take initiative

      Cons

      Management made comments that made me cry; merchandise was double stocked and only 1 person per shift per dept if you were lucky.
