Pros

Fun atmosphere, lots interesting product sold, good incentives, can't really think of much else that was good. It's really unfortunate.

Cons

This company in its poorly operated model will find a way to terminate store level employees at any cost for any reason. (cashiers up to the Store Manager) And if there are no grounds for termination you will be treated very poorly until you quit. If district or regional managers want one of your employees gone, you had better find a way or you would be the one on watch. The operation of DSG is broken although I'm not sure it was ever properly established. Truck shipments come delivered loose. I had a ping pong table (300 lbs) fall on one of my employees. The incident report process was a joke and they were irritated when he couldn't return to work because of medical reasons... By an injury sustained due to negligent shipment processes. And finally. I worked 6-7 days a week for a minimum of 10 hours a day. Absolutely NO work/life balance.

Pros

Great office culture -- it very much represents the company. Many employees are very active and/or outdoorsy. Work life balance is valued. Professional growth of it's employees is encouraged and supported.

Cons

My only negative is that the office is in a very remote location, so I really disliked my commute.
