Good Salary. There is nothing else good there.

Cons

Its a group of friends and people who can lick the assess of management. They dont follow any labor commission laws and run the management as per their likes and dislikes. They dont see your work or efforts. Dont join this company they can ask you to leave in 1 month as well under the threat of termination.
