Lack of family time and lots of management micromanaging things that didn't need micromanaged. Getting rid of lots of good employees after they earned DISH accolades. Horrible managers who didn't care how good of an employee you were or how long you'd been with the company.

Constant changes, you do not get an assigned desk, your schedule switches literally every 3 months or so, there's no consideration for front line agents whatsoever. Every person that I met at this company talks about how much they despise it but how they stay because it pays decently. -Schedule changes every few months -Very poor benefits (No mental health coverage) -Release of new equipment without testing it enough, then they have you troubleshoot with the customer knowing absolutely nothing. -Metrics to be followed are sometimes unreasonable depending on your tier level. -Favoritism plays a big part on this site.
