Pros

If you work hard you can move up and make more money. I really enjoy working at DISH, there are some issues with individual management but its great place if you want to work hard.

Cons

You are micro manage by Senior leadership on when you are allowed to show up and leave (when salaried). You have to put in hours for lunches that you don't have the time to take. Benefits could be better.

Pros

The turnover is super high, so they are always hiring. Cheap television for employees. Need to fulfill minimum word count, no other positives

Cons

Poor benefits/vacation time. Zero flexibility on working hours. Even when work could be done from home with no business drawbacks you will not be paid for those hours if you're an hourly employee, and if you're salaried you will blacklist yourself for not getting raises/promotions and probably getting fired.
