Pros

-Able to resolve issues is the best feeling ever -Information sticks to you -Easy navigation of programs -Incentives: Getting points for promoting/recommending and exchanging those points for items/ (Books, Kitchen appliances, grills, smokers, etc.)

Cons

-Not much support from coaches. They just talk to you about what you did wrong. -They try to imbed in your head to promote, promote, promote. -We have to make the older customers upgrade equipment because Dish is purposely making older equipment obsolete to the point that they HAVE to upgrade. Which in turn raises their monthly. And we take all the BS on that, btw. -Mandatory Overtime for everyone, or sometimes mandatory Approved Time Off. (its nice but that cuts into your paycheck) -A call center where you have to take the customer's bashing and still have to be respectful. That sucks for mental health. -Depending what state, you basically earn 3 hrs of PTO per paycheck. (Every 2 weeks. So that's 6 hours a month.) -Even if you're tech support, you still take customer service calls. So two jobs for the price of garbage. (I'm from TX, so I was paid $16.50/hr.)

Pros

Ins after 5K deductible, so at least if you get hit by a car you might get some benefits.

Cons

New Dispatch system is terrible, almost no remote techs are getting full time. Getting cut extra days to work only three. People are losing their cars and houses because of this. We stick around because we are told it is temp. but months and months of uncertainty and extra unpaid days off makes the company look greedy and selfish. Whom among the top tier are afraid of losing everything? None! Their pockets are perfectly lined with our unpaid days off.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work at Dish, they suck the lifes blood right out of you. It pays on time, but that is the only pro.

Cons

They take every moral value that you have ,every fiber of happiness and squash it right out. You will become disallusioned with life and humanity after working here.
