-Not much support from coaches. They just talk to you about what you did wrong. -They try to imbed in your head to promote, promote, promote. -We have to make the older customers upgrade equipment because Dish is purposely making older equipment obsolete to the point that they HAVE to upgrade. Which in turn raises their monthly. And we take all the BS on that, btw. -Mandatory Overtime for everyone, or sometimes mandatory Approved Time Off. (its nice but that cuts into your paycheck) -A call center where you have to take the customer's bashing and still have to be respectful. That sucks for mental health. -Depending what state, you basically earn 3 hrs of PTO per paycheck. (Every 2 weeks. So that's 6 hours a month.) -Even if you're tech support, you still take customer service calls. So two jobs for the price of garbage. (I'm from TX, so I was paid $16.50/hr.)
