Having a Job in this market.

Cons

Daily beyond unrealistic expectations. You have to be perfect to meet expectations. Upper management does not live in 2025 they live in the 80s or 90s with archaic practices. Micro management. A culture of doesn’t matter what happens in your day you are expected to fix it. Customers getting upset that Verizon cut their wires and they put a call back in is your fault and will effect your bonus. Constantly adding work that detracts from your daily activities and bonuses then blaming you for you not getting a bonus.
