Great teamates but very poor management

Pros

The personalities of everyone in the workplace compliment each other very well. Safety is more often than not put first.

Cons

Management only listens to improvement ideas but never acts on them. There is a double standard of holding lesser staff to high expectations, but not management when both are completing the same scope.

Pros

Some of the people are great to work with. Lots of smart and very dedicated people.

Cons

A lot of workaholics here. Very cautious about hiring new staff even though current workload is unmanageable. Benefits are steadily declining. Average annual raises barely keep up with national inflation rate and are falling way behind locally.
