Pros

I have learned much about the quality management system industry and have established a number of connections.

Cons

There has been no effective training for the required duties, and an overwhelming and unrealistic workload.

Pros

Very nice co-workers, long history of energy efficiency and renewable energy program and project delivery. Very international company - support staff is all over the world.

Cons

Company not sure what strategy to pursue or how to get there. The US operations are basically dead in the water. Little or no growth, with significant exodus of talent, especially from employees in California where salaries are far below market for both professional and support staff. The company pays the same salaries for a given position regardless of location, so a Program Manager in Montana or Pennsylvania is doing all right while their colleagues in California are struggling to pay the rent.
