people there are easy going, balanced work and life, the location is in a pretty nice area,

Cons

no career development for young engineers at all, all senior projects managers only care about their own movement. lack of communication between engineers and managers. a lot of engineers left for better career opportunities. no training, feel like you are thrown there and grow by yourself. DNV seems to be a big company but in the end it's constituted by many small offices which have their individual culture. management is pretty horrible and care less about the development of young engineers.
