Pros

8-5 jobs. Very relaxing. True to be told, not for workaholic people. Lots of medical leave for you to take (20 instead of normal 14 days).

Cons

Promotion not based on performance. Pay rise is extremely terrible. Better to join in when you have very good pay outside so they take that into account. Lots of re-organisation and very very little bonus. In Singapore, lots of expatriates and not too sure how the expatriates can pass on skills to locals.
