      Very cool people and managers Flexible hours (possibility to work at home sometimes) Exciting projects Possibility to invest on your own projects development Many out of work activities (hiking, mountain biking, dinners, etc.)

      Pros

      high salary comparing with the other companies in China, flexible working time, nice guys to work with, various activities during the leisure time

      Cons

      sometines, it is difficult to comment whether it is good or not, but personally I think the managers should be more strict to the employers.

      Pros

      Increadibly competent people in many diverse areas, friendly and very international work environment. The company's independent status, noble purpose and values make you feel that you make a difference instead of just putting money into shareholders' pockets. I am constantly stunned by the number of challenging and diverse projects we are involved in across the globe and that level of expertise in the organisation.

      Cons

      Poor performance is not always dealt with by management. A company with strong engineering culture, where the attention to details sometimes stiffles good implementation of initiatives.
