Pros

Relaxed and informal work place. Great colleagues and managers. Everybody was ready and willing to help me out and throughout the building I could feel a nice cooperation spirit.

Cons

Long-term hiring doesn't seem to be very likely for an intern. All interns work in the same room: fun but no real exposure to the working environment.

Relaxed, non-hierarchical, fun place to work. Lots of young people. Opportunity to advance within a variety of technical fields. Great to have a company which believes in its mission statement.

Cons

It's harder to advance the further away from Norway you live. If you want to do well in this firm you really need to be Norwegian.
