Pros

Personnel has solid technical knowledge, company has good international reach, nice variety in projects.

Cons

Low salaries, constant (threat of) layoffs, profitable department are gutted, workload varies strongly but is regularly unsustainable, poor morale, if you don't ask for agreed benefits/compensations then they will just be "forgotten", huge management overhead, disinterested and short-sighted management, no focus on obtaining orders or growing the company.
