Pros

Great and vibrant people; Lots of young people; Flexible hours; Opportunities to travel; Good benefits from the company; Opportunities to get lots of things done if you can teach & motivate yourself.

Cons

Very little mentoring or training for younger employees from senior management; Most younger vibrant and creative employees leave after 2-3 years for places where their hard work is acknowledged and there is more room for professional growth; Senior management puts unreasonably tense deadlines for projects, yet gives very little guidance;

Pros

Great people and ambiance at work. Several opportunities to learn and grow. Opportunities to travel and move from one department to another.

Cons

Salary probably not as much. Big focus on profit profit profit..new employee orientation needs work. Relatively small companies so you ended up working with the same people, which can be cumbersome.

Pros

Great opportunities for employees at all levels to build resume, skills Flexible work hours Smart, motivated employees (generally) Working at the forefront of a rapidly changing industry

Cons

Capable, hard workers are rewarded with more work, not promotions & raises. Incompetent mid-level management! The only good manager I worked for at KEMA left the company (fed up with his superiors). Managers are extremely hands off and provide little guidance, yet they make decisions and set budgets based on unrealistic client desires, usually with little or no input from the Analysts who actually understand the projects.They also frequently take credit for successes but avoid blame for failures. Geographical dispersion impedes development of culture & community. Favoratism in promotions process.
