Pros

Interesting projects. In some areas, KEMA is a recognized leader with experienced personnel that clients value. Have a lot of potential to capture more work.

Cons

Unrealistic view of itself across all markets. Very skilled and well known in some markets but that does not translate across the board. Just saying you're an expert doesn't make it so. Need to invest in people to grow business.

Pros

Great and vibrant people; Lots of young people; Flexible hours; Opportunities to travel; Good benefits from the company; Opportunities to get lots of things done if you can teach & motivate yourself.

Cons

Very little mentoring or training for younger employees from senior management; Most younger vibrant and creative employees leave after 2-3 years for places where their hard work is acknowledged and there is more room for professional growth; Senior management puts unreasonably tense deadlines for projects, yet gives very little guidance;
