Pros

Benefits are great, job is stable as company forecasts industries well. Positive encouragement for health and development. Great values.

Cons

Red tape, focus on metrics that are easily manipulated. Moving jobs to less expensive offices within the company. Not easy to change job areas unless you already have an applicable degree.

Pros

-Benefits are fitting for many families. However, due to slower sales, some benefits are losing a bit of luster. -Individuals that you work with are typically warm and welcoming at the peer level. Different story for management.

Cons

-Inconsistent parameters, incentives, management processes, business strategies. -Low transparency and accessibility from upper management. -Exceedingly high, (and increasing), expectations with low compensation. -Reactive-type business strategies and atmosphere that does not bode well for future growth.
