      Everyone is so supportive! People are always willing to help and everyone truly wants everyone else, and the company, to be successful. Flexible work hours. Supports community involvement.

      Cons

      There is a lot of flexibility and support but you are expected to meet deadlines. But that's just part of being a professional!
