Thanks for the review. I have thought much about your comment and there is probably some validity to it. We are patient, we coach, train, cajole, and invest in people - possibly to a fault. And I am glad we over do it a bit n this direction, because the erring on the other side is not consistent with our culture. However, I will say that over the long term, we have a system where the cream rises and people are rewarded for their contribution and positive attitude.
