Cons

There are very little negative attributes about DOWL. We hire and retain the best and brightest employees and clients and build client relationships for life.

DOWL is a great place to work! We have amazing colleagues, challenging projects, innovative project management and leadership training, multiple opportunities for career growth, reward/recognition for performance, and a culture of continuous improvement. I have tremendous trust and respect for top management and my teammates. The people are talented, dedicated, and kind.

Cons

As with all consulting firms, sometimes it's hard to juggle overlapping project demands.
