Company full of people who care about what they do and are knowledgeable

Cons

Leave setup doesn’t allow for rollover. Low number of holidays and holidays count against your leave (for non hourly employees that is).

Thanks for the review. Yes, the company is fortunate to have a full roster of passionate contributors. The leave system for exempt employees is unique and you can see from several Glassdoor comments that is is often cited as a positive (flexibility and self-management) and a challenge (no accrual system) by employees. We are planning to make some adjustments to our system in 2019 to make it more attractive to all employees.

The company is focused on growth and punches way above its weight in markets big and small.

Cons

Company is very patient with under-performing assets and employees. Everyone is given 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances to deliver.
