      Pros

      Management cares about employees. A place where you can move up in the ranks - they value internal staff.

      Cons

      Market forces in some of their locations have made the firm restrict in the last year, but it looks like things are on an upswing.

      Appreciate the candid evaluation. DOWL is strong firm with a very bright future. You are correct that transportation is an important component of our business, but civil, water, environmental, and geo-construction are strong contributors as well. As for the comment about sub-par talent and poor quality offices, I will respectfully disagree. Best to you.

      DOWL has enjoyed steady growth and expansion through the years to reach the point where we are now. Our values and core management philosophies have remained unchanged and we strive to be the "smallest" medium sized company in the market. However, I recognize that some changes have taken place to add controls and policies and procedures that may be perceived as unwanted bureaucracy. We will strive to keep these items to an absolute minimum.
