Thanks. We are an unabashed and unapologetic meritocracy. But you are right that family time and community service and mental recovery and down time also need to be accommodated in our individual quest for work-life blending. We often talk about "thinking big and acting small" so that we can continue to work for clients of all sizes that have a need for our services. We are adding services lines, adding offices, adding talent, and having fun as we do it. I take to heart the fact that we need to inclusive of all ideas, and that none of us is as smart as all of us.
