The company is full of go getters that are constantly looking for ways to keep ahead of the competition and to their best for their clients.

Cons

Internal expectations are high, as they should be. Folks are expected to be utilized, and looking for opportunities including new projects and new clients.

Pros

Merit based performance culture. Hard working professionals. Dedicated to client service. Tremendous amount of technical resources and expertise to draw upon.

Cons

Demanding professional environment that can be challenging to balance client and company expectations. Number of offices and distance between make connecting with other embers difficult.

Thanks. We are an unabashed and unapologetic meritocracy. But you are right that family time and community service and mental recovery and down time also need to be accommodated in our individual quest for work-life blending. We often talk about "thinking big and acting small" so that we can continue to work for clients of all sizes that have a need for our services. We are adding services lines, adding offices, adding talent, and having fun as we do it. I take to heart the fact that we need to inclusive of all ideas, and that none of us is as smart as all of us. Thanks for the reminder.
