Company is family oriented and recently sold to the employees because there is a lot of us that our long term employees. We basically are given shares in the company and our work is rewarded by our work ethic and production which is great. I have clear direction and expectation from my supervisor. As long as I operate within those boundaries I am free to set up my day to day operation, which is really nice. They trust us to do the job, as long we produce. I think most companies operate that way. They have the nicest vehicles, delivery trucks, and equipment. Management is very proud of the company that all of us helped to build so they are not cheap when showing that off. Pay and Benefits are the best I have ever seen. They treat people very good in that sense.

Let's see. There's fair and regular pay. It means you get what you worked for. Decent benefits. A few genuinely kind colleagues.
