Employees here get poor treatment from disrespectful managers. The managers act as if they own us, especially in the way they talk down to us. They do not show any respect, and they are very rude when we try to raise valid concerns. I do not recommend working in a company where the management doesn't treat its employees right.

The treatment of employees by management is really poor. The managers think that they are so high above the employees and that we don't deserve any of their respect. They think too highly of themselves despite not even doing a remotely decent job as leaders of the company. There's also no room for growth and advancement here, so working here is basically a dead end for your career.
