      Pros

      There were a lot of opportunities to learn about new stuff. Management was very encouraging and supportive in helping you grow. The CEO was very to grow the company, so you had confidence it was going to be successful.

      Cons

      Not allowed to work from home, which would have been cool. Lots of overtime hours too. Raises and a higher salary would have be nice too.
