There are no actual pros. If you stay here you are digging a career death trap - engineering quality is in the pits. Someone here said "somewhat" legacy technology --- uh more like completely deprecated. I could whip up a better website in a week than the slop I saw working there. Did I mention there's no proper version control? Yeah: "somewhat dated" is an understatement. Note I'm not even bashing on the abysmal pay or long work hours - this company is objectively just poison for the long term outlook of your career. If you are a new grad and you're not a competitive applicant then by all means use this as a launchpad - but ONLY that. Just know 3 months at an ACTUAL engineering company is way better than any length of years staying here.

Boss has a nasty temper, but can also be very charismatic at times. Very transactional, he’ll never do anything without thinking about if it will make him money, walks to every office asking each employee “what are you doing to make me money” which is annoying to say the least.
