      Pros

      There are oppurtunities for advancement if you are looking, everyone knows each other, the managers are involved and willing to help you, the CEO is involved in the everyday operations and also with the employees, monthly company meetings that keep everyone on the same page with what is going on, over time is available. If you are willing to work hard and show initiative this is the place for you.

      Low pay wage but opportunity for increase and also bonuses.

      Pros

      The monthly luncheons. That’s it.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Pay is barely above minimum wage. Expectations are unrealistic and constantly changing at the daily whims of leadership. Overtime is mandatory and rules are inconsistently enforced.

      Pros

      Work on various aspects of engineering.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Have to do overtime every day otherwise they will fire you. Really low salary, better to work at Walmart or McD. Management is poor, they don't know how to distribute work. They will fire you without any reason. This company will die in a few years.
