-Your coworkers will be wonderful

Cons

-Management does not care about its employees. They will promise you a raise, promise that things will get better, and they don't. I watched people get let go at a moment's notice, and treated with no care or respect. They do not pay industry standard, you will not grow, and perhaps most importantly, they will never value you. Please save yourself and do not work for this company.

The people are truly incredible. Even in exit interviews, when the question was asked, "What kept you here?" the answer was ALWAYS the people!

Cons

The leadership team needs leadership. They also need to figure out how to make decisions more quickly. Allow some autonomy for the lower lever leadership you hire.
