Pros
The people are nice and the pay is ok. Some of the favoritism that was here has been resolved by new management. Lots of work incoming.
Cons
Since Vontier has taken over it's increasingly becoming more and more of an uncomfortable work environment. Used to be just come in and get to work. Unfortunately they brought in Kabishibai audits, warehouse required to wear safety shoes now (but not production) even though they use the same parts, must wear pants in some production, Hour long town hall meetings, inventory is everywhere. Events like Cultural Diversity day which essentially was 8 hours of being told how to be nice to people.
