Pros

401k Matching. Good health benefits(Medical, Dental, Optical). Flexible hours for Technical Support Position. Lots of catered food events. Nice recreational area, with Video Game system and Ping Pong. In House Gym. Free Soda. Employees are valued and management listens to their needs. Great culture of honesty and genuine kindness. 2 weeks vacation starting out.

Cons

Starting pay slightly lower than industry standards but benefits make up for this for the most part.

Thank you for pointing out all of the great benefits that the company does offer! We are constantly looking at new ways to compensate and reward our employees, and as such we do a compensation analysis each year to ensure that our employees are paid according to market. We also offer a lot in terms of learning and development opportunities and are investing more in this area. Should you have any other ideas for improvement here, please do not hesitate to let us know! Thanks again for your review! Kristy - Director of HR

I just read this and wanted to reach out. We are in the process of reviewing compensation, as we do each year, allowing us to make adjustments to the positive each year. And if someone is being missed in the training and development cycle I would like to know - as we invest pretty heavily in this area - but are by no means perfect. Please let me know in any way you feel comfortable how I can help. Feel free to stop in. Very open to this conversation and getting better. Dan Pittman - COO
