Pay is slightly below average, but PTO and benefits make up for it.

I've never seen a more poorly organized business. Nepotism is rampant, management is underqualified, and there are no leaders are in the building. The job is easy enough that supervisors aren't really necessary most of the time, I know because we functioned for over 2 months after our previous supervisor quit with no loss in productivity, but orders can come down from above and change established and working processes for no reason and at the whims of people who almost never even visit the building. Everyone is winging it, nobody knows what they are doing, and half the time nobody knows who to ask.
