Pros

-Free pop, coffee, tea, and water. -Partial work from home. Still not enough though. -Fun people to work with, depending on your position. -Good amount of vacation time right from the start.

Cons

-5 days of sick time for a year. Better hope you don't get sick more than once. -If you're not a robot and/or kiss enough butt, you're not moving up. Just keep getting told to keep trying. -Absolutely awful workload. Employees complain about how stressful work is becoming so management adds more to the plate. -No matter how good your employee reviews are, you will not get compensated appropriately for it. An employee with 5/5 rating will get the same as an employee with 3/5 rating. Might as well do bare minimum. -Bonuses and pay are a joke for the amount of work. Company's CEO sends out multiple emails about how incredible the profits have been - highest in company's history, and you get a 70 cent raise. $17/hr to start when other similar entry level jobs pay better. -Training is abysmal. The trainers do their best, but the materials and amount of time given to learn everything is not ok. New techs come out of training with little to no idea how to do anything, and it becomes the more senior techs' jobs to teach them. -Management is very two-faced and will throw you under the bus to save themselves. -Absolutely clear favoritism. An employee who is awful at their job will be picked for positions before an employee who does the job well. -Company was ok before being bought out by Vontier. It has now become a typical corporate job, instead of a fun place to work.
