Pros

Strong drive to grow and improve without sacrificing customer or employee loyalty. A general open-door culture throughout the company, with higher management very receptive to new ideas. Extremely flexible in making allowances for employee personal requirements.

Cons

New management and higher positions over the last few years seem to have been almost exclusively appointed to external candidates, which is a little disheartening to the more tenured staff.

-Great owners (Dale and Ken). You can tell they really cared about the company. Both the Director of Ops and the Controller are outstanding! I worked directly for the Controller. I learned so much from her, I hope to reach her intelligence level one day. The whole accounting department was great, really enjoyed my co-workers. -HR was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help. -They have "Pie Day" once a month, Chile cook-off, "Cobbler Day" and fresh homemade cookies! -Benefits were AMAZING. Company contributed FSA. Gym membership included. -Innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere. -Great bonus program. -Competitive salary. -Love the culture, everyone is great to work with (Customer Service, R&D, Service Tech, IT, Sales & Marketing, Shipping).

Cons

From my experience, there were no cons of any significance.
