That I wasn't able to commit more time to the mission.

Pros

Some great perks, “raffles” for tickets to sporting events and concerts. Very well resourced so there’s great technology, supplies and materials to do your job well. Facilities are pretty well taken care of-finding space to work privately or collaboratively is easy. Finally, THE YOUTH. This organization provides above and beyond for its participants and students

Cons

Favoritism, Nepitism, and inconsistent accountability within upper management. Speaking out against this will get you isolated FAST. Part-time staff rarely grow within the org. Huge lack of diversity amongst leadership.
