Not much room for growth. No performance incentives. Poor budgeting/ high overhead leads to "free work" on most projects.

Leadership stuck in old/outdated methods. Too much pressure put on the wrong employees; put more pressure on the hiring managers and make them lower the turnover rate. There's only so much HR can do
