Pros

Compensation was competitive to market.

Cons

Petty management; juvenile behavior; a lot of immature women; clandestine cliques; witnessed many discussions colluding to get rid of men that they felt threaten or intimated the women. Male millennials were excluded from this tactic. They talk dirty and make unprofessional jokes about clients behind their backs. Gossiping culture. Female managing director went from working DRT's payroll to the client's payroll. The appearance of unethical practices is rampant.

Pros

$8 daily commute allowance, good PTO, good training budget. Not a bad place for young employees looking for an entry level job.

Cons

Culture: Like many reviews previously stated, the company is cliquey and extremely not transparent in terms of merit increase, promotions, and performance review. The company takes little interest in retaining employees, and is perfectly fine with hiring new employees. I do think it has to do with the general consulting culture, but the mid to upper management will literally do ANYTHING to keep the clients happy, which leads to lose of their own employees. Compensation: After leaving DRT, I discussed compensation packages with ex-DRT employees and concluded that the company severely underpays the lower to mid level workers (somewhere between 15-30% under market value).

Pros

I made some good connections at DRT. I am very grateful for the people who helped me get through my time there.

Cons

Beware to all recent college graduates!! DRT does not care about its lower level employees. They bring in a lot of fresh college graduates and work them to the bone. I constantly felt as if I was being set up for failure. I would feel like I was drowning in my work and ended up rushing through because I was consistently getting more added to my plate. DRT was only concerned with getting new work but was not bringing in new staff to help with the workload. I would work late and on weekends. DRT expects their employees to so far above expectations, if someone makes a simple mistake they are chastised. I had discussed my struggles with upper management but never received any support, only more responsibility. Working for DRT was absolutely terrible for my mental health. I felt happier and more confident immediately after leaving.
