Pros

The work keeps your brain active without overloading it. It has to do with life sciences regulatory projects, primarily reviewing data and helping with FDA-related matters. Managers give you honest feedback and actually pay attention to yours. Colleagues are smart and cooperative, so you pick up a lot of knowledge in the course of your daily work. It's a good place to build expertise in a specialized field.

Cons

It's tough to keep up with so many complex regulations.

Pros

Pay is ok. Company culture is cheerful.

Cons

Only 15 days of PTO (vacation & sick combined) a year, regardless of length of employment, and you have to earn it as you go at 5 hours per pay period. Health & Dental insurance plans offered are very expensive and not very good.
