All of my coworkers here were extremely intelligent, and generally pleasant people to work with. DRW's hiring mentality shines here. Likewise, the technologies we worked with were always cutting edge, and DRW's fast-paced environment keeps you on your toes.

Cons

On some teams, the pace of DRW's work environment often leads to a lesser work/life balance.

Pros

DRW Trading offers catered lunches everyday and also provides a good benefits package. A casual working environment and good pay were 2 of the reasons I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

As described in the headline, depending on who you reported to determined your ability to move within the company. Make sure you know the reporting structure and who your main supervisor is before deciding on accepting an offer or not.

Pros

Good company reputation within industry, exit opportunities, can potentially have lots of different options in terms of products to trade

Cons

Very saturated, hard to advance. Non-compete makes it hard to leave (though this is fairly standard in the industry). Bonus cap for first few years. Any remotely profitable desk is way overstaffed.
