Pros

Good Salaries. Work on new technologies. Very friendly place to work. Free food every day.

Cons

Great place to start out of college but if you are older you are usually ignored. Management has no clue how to manage. They are more "book" managers than experienced managers. No work life balance. Upward mobility is based on "favoritism" rather than knowledge or experience.

DRW has a "we don't hire mean people" that which works. Most people are pleasant to be around. They tend to have an engineering background.

Cons

Compensation tends to involve a higher base pay and lower bonus.

Competitive and smart people who make you want to be the best you can be. You are not dealing with incompetant people.

Cons

Sometimes it is too competitive and people are not as helpful as they can be. Work at times can be too long.
