Pros

The teachers are amazing, and I value the mission of the organization.

Cons

They are lying to you. The administration lies, lies, lies. It has been years since I worked for this organization, and I am still carrying the trauma. My entire life I wanted to be a teacher, but this organization made doing that a traumatic experience and I will never teach again. This is run like a corporation, and the people at the top don’t care about the teachers or students.

They are structured and have effective coaching and professional development.

Cons

One of your plan periods is spent at a bathroom checking planners. Some days you don't get a lunch, which is illegal? I'm not a lawyer.
