      The company has great values and great people to work with, DSV is a very agile and lean management structure

      Sometimes we make fast decisions which could impact the business if not done with a proper plan in place to prevent errors

      Pros

      Good company that doesn't sweat the small stuff. Good salary, good benefits, still small enough to care about its employees.

      Cons

      The upper management firmly believes that only Europeans can manage their field offices, with very few exceptions. It's a Danish company and they are out to help the Danes and Europeans, not Americans. They tend to look down their noses at Americans. The manager at my former office is the worst manager I've ever had. Completely selfish and self serving, cares for no one but herself and has NO interest in any of the employees in that office unless something goes wrong, then she can't wait to scream at you in front of everyone.

      Executive Management destroyed it and required an acquisition to save it from going bankrupt.
