      If you accept and can handle the game with the management you can have it your way 100%

      Don’t expect any professional management or advice from Management - they don't know much about (project) management and only seem interested in themselves and their position

      Pros

      I think it is just the type of business where you get interested in. Salaries were decent as well. There was a decent bonus too.

      Cons

      Office politics to some extent. Although there is money they do not like to spend much on employees. Not very good coffee in house.
